Data Protection Notice (KVKK)
This notice is provided by the data controller TORUSPLUS YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“TORUSplus”) under Article 10 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) regarding personal data collected through the Kıvırcık waitlist form on torus.plus.
1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed
The form collects only your email address. The consents you tick and the time of submission are stored together with your email address as a record of your consent. Your name, phone number and any information about your child are neither requested nor processed.
3. Purpose of processing
Your email address is processed solely to add you to the Kıvırcık waitlist and to send you emails about Kıvırcık's launch and the pilot family programme. It is not used for any other purpose and no profiling is carried out.
4. Legal basis
Your personal data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the KVKK. Consent is voluntary; without it you cannot join the waitlist, but you can continue to use the rest of the site.
5. Method of collection
Your data is collected electronically when you fill in the waitlist form on the site.
6. Transfers
Form submissions are delivered as email to the data controller's mailbox through the third-party form service Web3Forms and stored there. Within this scope, the form service provider and the email service provider may access your data solely for transmission and storage. Because these providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye, your data may be transferred abroad under Article 9 of the KVKK; this transfer is based on your explicit consent. Your data is not otherwise shared with any third party, sold, or used for advertising.
7. Retention period
Your email address is kept until Kıvırcık's public launch and for a reasonable period afterwards for launch communications; it is deleted at the end of that period or when you withdraw your consent.
8. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to admin@torus.plus. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before that date; your email address is then removed from the list.
9. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to the data controller you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to third parties who received the data; to object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
10. How to apply
You may submit requests regarding your rights by email to admin@torus.plus or in writing to the address above. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
