These terms govern the use of the torus.plus corporate website, operated by TORUSPLUS YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“TORUSplus”). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The Kıvırcık app will have its own terms of use when it launches; these terms apply to this website only.

Product descriptions, feature lists, the roadmap and target dates on this site are statements of intent about an ongoing development process; they are not commitments and may change without notice.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, logos, the Kıvırcık mascot and other visuals, the product name and reference code — belongs to TORUSplus unless stated otherwise and is protected by applicable law. The brand files offered for download in the press section may be used, unmodified, solely for news coverage and promotion of TORUSplus and Kıvırcık. Beyond that, content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

The site's content is for information only and is provided “as is”. TORUSplus does not warrant that the site will run uninterrupted or error-free and, to the extent permitted by law, cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
