We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how often the site is visited. It sets no cookies, places no persistent identifier on your device, and measures aggregate visit counts rather than individuals. We do not share these statistics with anyone.
Server logs
When you visit, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs — IP address, browser type, access time — for a limited period, as a technical necessity for the security and continuity of the service.
Waitlist form
The Kıvırcık waitlist form asks only for your email address and works on the basis of your explicit consent. Full details are given in the Data Protection Notice (KVKK). The form never asks for any information about your child.
Email correspondence
If you email us, your name, email address and the content of your message are processed solely to answer your request. They are not shared with third parties and are not used for marketing.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. The waitlist form is for parents only.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) — and comparable data-protection regulations where applicable — you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing and the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to claim compensation for damage.
