Our story
Kıvırcık was born from a parent's need. We looked for a tool that would track our children's weekly study plan, test results and the topics covered at school that week, all in one place. When we couldn't find one, we decided to build it.

Tracking takes time
Checking tests and noting the results eats up a parent's evening. In Kıvırcık you take a photo and let it handle the rest.
It's unclear what was covered at school
Kıvırcık knows the Ministry of Education's weekly topic calendar and builds the plan around where the school actually is.
Studying is boring
Badges, levels and rewards set by the parent make progress visible.
What it will do
- A weekly study plan aligned with the Turkish national curriculum (Maarif Model)
- Test result entry: by hand, by text or by photo
- Performance statistics by subject and topic, including the hardest topics
- An AI coach for parents that answers "How is this month going?"
- A study coach for students that gives hints instead of answers
- Badges, XP and parent-defined rewards
- Evening reminders and a weekly parent summary on Sunday evening
- Later: automatic scoring with textbook answer keys, a wrong-answer notebook, and LGS (high-school entrance exam) mock analysis

Our safety commitment
Lessons only
The AI on the student side talks only about lessons, the plan and results.
Parents see everything
All chat logs, the daily message limit and usage hours are under the parent's control.
Minimal data
The child's name and school are never sent to the AI. Photos are deleted once they've been read.
No ads
No ads, no third-party tracking, no loot boxes, no leaderboards.

When is Kıvırcık coming out?
Our MVP target is January 2027. We'll test it in our own home first, then with pilot families.
Which grades is it for?
Students in grades 5–8, following the Turkish national curriculum (Maarif Model).
Which devices will it run on?
Android first, then iOS.
Is my child's data safe?
We design for minimal data: the child's identity never reaches the AI, photos are deleted once read, parents see all records and can delete the account entirely.
Will it be paid?
Pricing will be settled after the pilot period.
Does it replace a human coach?
Kıvırcık takes on planning, tracking and reminders. Optional human coach support is planned for a later stage.
